2003 OLD FLORIDA FLY ROD BLOW-OUT
OLD FLORIDA FLY REELS was founded in 1996 in the birthplace of salt water fly fishing �± Southern Florida and the Keys, or what we like to call �¬Old Florida.�® Their mission was to manufacture world-class fly reels at a true fair price. Starting from a modest tool shop, they have grown into a full-fledged state of the art fly reel manufacturing plant. Over time they have perfected components, manufacturing processes and designs of what have become peerless saltwater fly reels that stand up to salt, sand, and any fish and fisherman in the world.
To compliment these fine fly reels they went to the premier off-shore manufacturer of fine fly rods, to build a superb quality, affordable IM6 Series of Graphite Fly Rods, available in sizes 8 1/2 foot 4 wt., 9 foot 5 wt., thru 9 foot 12 wt., in 2 and 4 pc. models.
These fine rods will rival any of the "price point" rods available on the market today, TEMPLE FORK, ELK HORN, REDINGTON, ECHO, and ST. CROIX just to name a few.
They feature high quality Natural Cork Grips, SIC Stripper Guide, Original Fuji DPS Reel Seat (2 pc rods)or Machined Aluminum Reel Seat (4 pc. rods), Fighting Butt on #10 and #12 wts., and High quality rod bag and clear PVC Tube.
They all come with a one year mfg.'s warranty from the date of purchase.
